Is the elaboration of the Ordinary General Budget of the year in order to organize the

ACCOUNTING:

criteria in the General Plan of Accounts, introducing it every year together with the annual calling for

In such cases when we have to invoice the provisions, the emission and collection of
receipt is made according the period of its regularity.
ATTENTION TO THE CONSERVATION, MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY OF THE PROPERTY:
It includes the control of regularly maintenance of all common areas and installation,
taking special attention to the agreements taken at the Ordinary General Meetings.
Referring to the security we take care to make a pursuit very exhaustive of the elements of security of the property and to make the own warnings in this matter. It includes the control of all reparations and troubles urgent and nonordinary character. Also, inside our System of Attention to Conservation, we consider the needs to make preventives controls of each elements and installations, specially that ones with more uses and wear away. The cost of maintenance required from technical staff, it will be determinate according to the complexity of the work. EXTERNAL MANAGEMENTS IN OFFICIAL ORGANISMS AND COMPANIES:
It includes the external managements required by official organisms and companies.
TO CARRY OUT PAYMENTS THAT ARE ORIGINATING:
We take care about to contract providers, as well as to carry out payments to the
creditors, according the agreements token at the Generals Meeting.
SECRETARIAT OF THE COMMUNITY:
We exert as Secretary-Administrator of the Community in all the Propietors Meeting,
as well as we assist to the Ordinary General Meeting, and to any other Extraordinary Meeting. This last
